Welcome to Life Is Easier. By accessing our website, applying for our programs, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Coaching Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Not Medical Advice: The coaching services, courses, books, and AI Practice Companion provided by Life Is Easier and Bob Wiley are strictly for educational and personal growth purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek assistance from a qualified healthcare professional.

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions.

2. Beta Programs and Service Availability

Certain offerings, such as our 90-Day Group Coaching, may be designated as "Beta Groups." This indicates that the format, materials, and technology (including the AI Companion) are in active development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, without prior notice, as we improve the experience.

3. AI Practice Companion Terms

The AI Practice Companion is a tool designed to help you reflect on the S-B-R (Stimulus-Belief-Response) method. It is an automated system, not a human coach. You agree that:

• Responses generated by the AI are for reflective practice only and should not be relied upon as definitive advice.
• We are not liable for any actions you take based on your interactions with the AI.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All fees for coaching programs, 1-on-1 sessions, and digital products must be paid in full prior to access, unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed upon.

• Group Programs: Refunds for the 90-Day Group must be requested prior to the start of the second scheduled session. After the second session commences, no refunds will be issued.
• 1-on-1 Coaching: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Community Guidelines

Access to our private Facebook community or internal member portal is a privilege. You agree to interact with respect and maintain the confidentiality of other members' stories and experiences. We reserve the right to remove any user from our community for behavior deemed inappropriate, harassing, or disruptive, without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Life Is Easier, including but not limited to the S-B-R methodology, workbooks, videos, text, and website design, is our proprietary property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission. The materials provided are for your personal use only.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
